Manager - Information Technology (Healthcare)

OVERVIEW

• Lead the planning and execution of IT strategies and roadmap to support the growth of the subsidiary company. Oversee project deliverables & project implementation.
• Lead the ERP, develop retail/ GP software, provide analytical insights.
• Provide direction and approve IT Infrastructure design.
• Forecast and prepare annual budget for IT spending at organizational level.
• Create system and structure for disaster recovery and system restoration to ensure business continuity.
• Create inclusive customer experience and achieve satisfaction levels.
• Formulate policies and procedures to safeguard information resources.
• Build a network of strategic partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor daily IT operations.
• Remove showstoppers in IT projects, and resolve technical problems and operation issues.
