• Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow Stellar's immigration services
• Follow up leads generated by consultants, clients and candidates
• Convert recruitment activity into immigration revenue
• Promote immigration services as a value‑add solution for clients facing skills shortages
• Build strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Educate clients on immigration pathways, timelines and workforce planning
