The Manager HR Business Partner is responsible for the effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs for the West Region. Reporting to one of the Lead – HRBP the role focuses on operational HRBP delivery across the employee lifecycle, ensuring consistency and timely execution of HR initiatives in alignment with approved frameworks and organizational requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage effective on boarding and induction for all new joiners.
Track the learning needs for the region and deploy the suitable programs to build capabilities at organizational, functional and individual level in coordination with L&D.
Provide HR Business partnership to deliver and program manage HR services around Performance Management, Internal Mobility, D&I, Talent Management, Engagement and Exit management.
Develop Employee engagement agenda for the region along with planning and executing employee wellness activities....
