Manager - Health, Safety and Environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best industry practices.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification across all operations to proactively mitigate potential safety and environmental incidents.
• Oversee and manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Lead and coordinate emergency response planning and drills, ensuring preparedness for all potential scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), or equivalent are highly desirable.
