Job Purpose

• Responsible to manage and develop a set of strategic local, national and international customers accounts assigned efficiently by delivering a profitable volume through superior customer service, achieve competitive advantage and maximize account’s potential to drive Modern Trade’s objectives
• Responsible to manage modern trade operations and execution excellence and effectiveness with proper detailed planning within budget/resources given
• Responsible to upgrade staffs skills and competencies of the team – both direct and indirect
• Responsible for individual & group P&L of the channel/customers
