Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Synthes) is looking for a manager to lead global compensation activities across multiple markets.

Context

Following the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business, incumbents will become employees of DePuy Synthes. Employment will be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute global compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, incentive cycles, and off‑cycle adjustments.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation transactions in HR systems in line with established policies and procedures.
