As a Manager Finance, you will oversee the financial operations of the organization, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, compliance, financial planning and analysis and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, tax compliance, and enhancing financial systems, contributing to the organization's overall strategy.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic decision‑making and long‑term planning.
- Monitor monthly budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
