The Department of Residence seeks a dynamic, experienced leader to provide leadership and direction for the maintenance and physical condition of 22 residence halls and 2 apartment communities. Under General supervision, the Manager Facilities Maintenance leads the daily operations of facilities and personnel. Success in this role requires a strategic approach to organizing and directing work, scheduling staff, supervision and training of staff and establishing quality standards.
