Job Overview

We seek a Manager for our Services (Customer Outcomes) organization in EMEA South, focused on all aspects of leading an expert team of resources (Business and Technical Consultants) in timely, high‑quality delivery work for ServiceNow customers. This work may involve consultation, advisory guidance, and implementation relating to the ServiceNow ITx products (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, DevOps, SecOps).

Responsibilities

  • Provide business and/or technical leadership with Consultants, Customers, and Partners.
  • Lead and grow a team of experts who consult, implement, and configure ServiceNow Technology Workflows products for customers and partners.
