The Manager Disability will provide operational management and leadership, focusing on removing barriers and fostering an environment where individuals with disabilities can thrive.
The role will be responsible for bridging the gap between legal compliance and cultural inclusion, promoting and adhering to the highest standard of disability protection in the Post School Education and Training Sector (PSET), and continuous improvements across institutions, driving performance, managing staff and resources, safeguarding and fostering strategic partnerships to achieve organizational goals.
