Job Overview
The Manager, Design Brand Compliance leads brand design compliance initiatives with a focus on FF&E specification and Property Improvement Plan (PIP) execution. This role combines technical design expertise, program oversight, and team leadership to ensure alignment with Best Western brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design compliance programs to ensure adherence to brand standards and review processes
Provide technical leadership to Senior Designers, focusing on FF&E specifications and documentation accuracy
Review interior design submittals and FF&E deviation requests to maintain brand consistency
Manage PIP execution, including scope interpretation, submission review, compliance tracking, and property-level improvements
