Manager, Corporate Financial Reporting - ICOFR

Reporting to the AVP, Corporate Financial Reporting – Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (“ICOFR”), the Manager, Corporate Financial Reporting – ICOFR supports the maintenance and enhancement of the Company’s global ICOFR program.ResponsibilitiesProvide monitoring and advisory support to operating segments, risk and compliance teams, and business units over the scoping, improving, and greenlighting of entity-level, business process, and IT general controlsLiaise with internal and external auditors to ensure alignment, audit readiness, and addressing findingsEnsure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standardsReport global ICOFR program updates, assessment results, and potential gaps to senior management, audit committee, and other stakeholdersCoach and mentor team members, developing them into future leadersQualificationsProgressive experience in various areas of audit or ICOFR for at least 4 yearsCPA designation is requiredAdvanced knowledge of relevant regulato...
