In this role you will:
Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Implement physical security controls and standards to safeguard Bank's premises and provide consultation to business units on best practices. Conduct risk assessments by working closely with internal and external partners to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and mitigate identified risks to protect the Bank's assets.Set the global guarding operating standard for multi-site security services, defining expectations for coverage models, conduct, performance, and service quality. Own and maintain global security procedures (post orders/SOPs) for access control, visitor management, patrols, key/card control, contractor management, and escalation protocols; ensure local site adoption.Govern guard vendor performance across sites through defined...
