**JOB SUMMARY**

The job drives the development and implementation of enterprise reputation strategies, including storytelling that supports the organization’s overall strategy and brand, mission, business priorities, and organizational differentiators. The incumbent will focus on external and internal audiences. Externally, the primary focus is on promoting and enhancing the organization’s reputation and brand across markets through effective media issues and crisis management communications practices. Serves as the company's primary spokesperson on key business issues in national trade publications and in regional media.
