Job Description
The Construction Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple infrastructure supervision projects ensuring successful delivery in terms of safety quality program and financial performance. The role involves overseeing site teams coordinating with clients and stakeholders and driving operational excellence across all assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operational Management
Oversee multiple concurrent supervision projects (infrastructure utilities roads structures STP NDRC works).
Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements approved budgets and timelines.
Monitor overall project performance identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
