Manager, Commercial Development (Sidney)

Overview

Victoria Airport Authority (VAA) is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Commercial team as Manager, Commercial Development. Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue Strategy and Business Development, this role leads the commercial program across parking, ground transportation, and in-terminal concessions, driving performance, identifying revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for commercial program administration, contract management, operational oversight, business analysis, and strategic commercial initiatives. This role requires a commercially focused leader who thrives in an operational environment and can translate strategy into measurable results.
