In this role, you will:
Responsible for producing data‑driven analyses, dashboards, and reporting across all stages of collections, supporting oversight of delinquency, recoveries, and credit losses.Develop and maintain portfolio performance reporting, including early warning triggers and risk indicators, to monitor emerging trends and support proactive risk management.Conduct analysis to understand customer behaviour, portfolio dynamics, and recovery performance; generating insights with clear implications for strategy and execution.
