The salary range for this position is CAD $59.59/Hr. – CAD $85.65/Hr.

Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to join the Mental Health and Substance Use (MHSU) team in Vancouver. Reporting to the VCH Operations Director on the Vancouver Community team, this role will support a unique Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program operating in Vancouver.

The successful applicant should bring strong leadership skills and experience in team design and development, as well as a background in leading clinical teams, change management, and budget oversight. A focus will be on applicants who demonstrate experience partnering with key service stakeholders of Policing, Corrections, and Justice to help shape service design and delivery to this unique ACT population with co‑occurring health and criminogenic factors.
