Manager, CIO Office & Transformation (NA & SAPMENA) Reporting Line Reports to: Director, CIO Office & Transformation (NA & SAPMENA) Role Purpose The Manager, CIO Office & Transformation drives portfolio governance, transformation enablement, and CIO Office operations for NA & SAPMENA. The role supports decision readiness and value realization across the Zone portfolio in partnership with CTO and business teams, strengthens operational excellence and ways of working, advances AI and product/agile adoption, and elevates executive communication and community engagement. • Run end-to-end Zone IT governance cadence (CPP/AR/Roadmap reviews), ensuring leadership has clear, decision-ready inputs.
