Job Summary
The Manager Chassis Assembly is responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing all chassis assembly operations within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily chassis assembly operations to meet production schedules and targets
Ensure adherence to quality standards engineering specifications and safety regulations
Optimize assembly processes using lean manufacturing techniques to improve productivity and reduce waste
Monitor KPIs such as cycle time defect rates and equipment efficiency
Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure availability of materials and components
