Job Purpose & Summary

Reporting to the VP, Change Acceleration & Learning, the Manager, Change Acceleration contributes to the execution and delivery of strategic initiatives and projects within the People & Culture (P&C;) portfolio. Leveraging a structured approach to change management, this position will determine and recommend tactics to embed changed behaviours and activities into a new way of working across the organization.

In addition to determining the most effective communications strategy to accelerate the implementation of P&C; initiatives, the Manager, Change Acceleration will create and execute the overall communications plan and associated content.
