Job Description
Responsibilities
- Drive team productivity and quality by ensuring efficient conversion of interviews, hires, and placements
- Manage communication and support for current students, graduating students, and alumni
- Guide graduates through the interview and hiring process with Allied Healthcare employers
- Handle manager-level customer service, re-engagement, and de-escalation calls
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and call monitoring for assigned team members
- Lead and develop team members to foster a culture of wellness and engagement
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales
- Proficiency in people leadership and interpersonal communication
