This role involves managing client engagements, providing high-quality tax and accounting solutions, and supporting the development of junior team members. You will also play an active part in business development and collaboration across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice on Australian tax and accounting to a diverse client base, including SMEs, family-owned businesses, trusts, partnerships, subsidiaries, and small entities.
Lead client engagements from planning to delivery, ensuring quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
Mentor and coach junior team members while contributing to their professional growth.
