Manager, Bridges & Tunnels

Reporting to the Associate Director – Design , you will oversee the design and coordination of bridges, tunnels, and associated road structures from concept through construction and handover. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring technically robust, authority-compliant, commercially efficient, and future-ready infrastructure solutions aligned with the client's strategic development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead bridge and tunnel design management across all project stages.
• Review and manage consultant deliverables, technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including transport, roads, utilities, marine, geotechnical, and landscape disciplines.
• Drive value engineering, design optimisation, constructability, and lifecycle performance improvements.
