Manager, Bancassurance Product & Portfolio

Functional Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head of RWM Bancassurance and stakeholders to identify key business growth areas, continuous process improvements, monitor campaign expenses tracking, persistency ratio tracking with the aim to drive the Banca business to new heights while adhering to regulatory guidelines with proper code of conduct.
• End-to-end development and management of Bancassurance products.
• Collaborating with insurance partners to manage Bancassurance product range for the various customer segments through on‑going business review and business analytics.
• Managing IT projects according to strategic priorities including product developments and addressing end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Working with insurance partners / stakeholders to plan and effectively execute strategic product initiatives to acquire and expand Bancassurance business.
