**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and execute account strategies that drive net and retail sales growth while increasing market share.
+ Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retail accounts to identify new business opportunities and strengthen brand presence.
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Education, Finance, Creative, and Sales Operations to execute integrated business plans.
+ Partner with Marketing to develop localized assortment strategies and support product launches, promotions, merchandising, and retailer marketing initiatives.
