Job Description
Function Finance/Administration Facility Position Management Secretary Introduction Provide full secretarial support to the Hospital Manager which entails typing of all relevant correspondence and statistics, consolidating month end reports, message taking, diary management and setting up of meetings.
Maintaining and follow up on Doctors HPCSA and insurance certificates
Process SAP requisitions and generate PO numbers
Accurate and timeous minute taking and maintaining records of minutes.
A vacancy exists for a Secretary at Life Westville Hospital, reporting to the Hospital Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full secretarial and administration support to the Hospital Manager and Management. The incumbent will be responsible with liasing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and will be expected to function at all levels within the management team.
