Job Description:
ValueMomentum is looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support Talent Acquisition operations through effective reporting, vendor coordination, and SOW management.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment MIS reports and dashboards
Generate hiring trackers, onboarding reports, offer status reports, and recruitment analytics
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams and external recruitment vendors
Handle vendor management activities, follow-ups, documentation, and tracking
Prepare and maintain SOWs (Statement of Work) and operational records
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams
Support recruitment operations and process improvements.
