Job Description
About the role
You will be part of our ICT Planning & Investment Team and provide administrative and management assistance to the Team and other functions within ICT. The role will be varied.
Key Accountabilities
- Ordering, receipting and following up delivery of goods and services
- Organising logistics of meetings, forums and functions
- Taking meeting records and actions and following these up
- Supporting and organising senior managers calendars
- Managing day to day supply requirements (e.g. stationary, kitchen)
- Data entry and file management
- Assist with providing and collating information requests
- Supporting the team at busy times e.g. financial month end
- Facilitating, collating and updating internal communications
- Managing and facilitating the Team’s information content store
- Other support initiatives and tasks as required
