Management Assistant

Summary You will serve as a Management Assistant, providing clerical and technical work, including a variety of analytical support and data entry tasks. You will assist in maintaining high quality data standards for the creation and management of data contained in the Maintenance Management System database, using knowledge of data collection methods and software to tabulate, prepare, analyze, and manage data pertaining to work orders, and material requisitions. Responsibilities The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
