Management and Program Analyst

Summary Incumbent performs multiple and varying assignments and serves as the focal for the Management and Program Analyst Funds Certification Officers (FCOs) in the performance of Funds Certification and Reconciliation. Applies experience and advanced knowledge to plan and accomplish assignments. Responsibilities Incumbent tracks and analyzes data to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; provides guidance to less-experienced professionals in day-to-day operations; identifies, analyzes, and recommends solutions for complex/difficult problems; and recommends improvements to systems and processes. Provides guidance to the FCO team in budget analysis, funds certification, and reconciliation of Facility and Equipment (F&E)), Operations, and Reimbursable Agreement funds consistent with Engineering Services, Service Center, and Headquarters action plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
