Summary This position is located with the Office of Aviation Safety, Flight Standards Workforce Development Division, responsible for coordinating and developing national training policy, plans, programs, and curricula for the Flight Standards workforce and international regulatory organizations. Responsibilities Incumbent ensures emphasis is placed on customer support, promoting collaboration, and improving standardization in workforce development. Incumbent provides long-range planning to identify needs and future courses of action for national training programs and complex projects. Incumbent independently coordinates, implements, administers and oversees technical training initiatives and other complex national and international training projects and programs.
