Management and Program Analyst

Summary As a Management Analyst in the Veteran Readiness and Employment Division (VR&E), incumbent is an active participant in all aspects of division management and serves as the primary management support to the Veteran Readiness and Employment Officer (VREO) and the VR&E division identifying and analyzing issues and problems and proposes resolutions as well as manages data analysis and internal controls required for program administration. Responsibilities Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for monitoring all funding including but not limited to: contract services, employee and beneficiary travel, overtime, oversight of subsistence allowance award functions, commercial credit card programs, and non-payroll expenditures. Prepares production reports using data available through VR&E systems for the purpose of analyzing trends which could lead to out-of-control situations affecting the division as a whole and makes recommendations.
