Management Analyst

Summary This position works as an employee within the Oakland Regional Office. The Management Analyst serves as a management analyst for the Oakland Regional Director's Office. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Director and Assistant Director through project management and analysis of regional office initiatives. Responsibilities The Major duties of the Management Analyst: Provides qualitative and quantitative assessments of the wide range of Division operations. Strategic planning, assisting in the implementation of revised organizational structures and designing. Conducting studies of various complex processes including employee utilization, resource allocation, and delegations of authority.
