Management Analyst (Finance and Budget Specialist)

Summary This position is located in Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Management Services, Financial Services Directorate. This Directorate provides a wide array of critical business, financial, and contracts support services for the Air Traffic Organization. Responsibilities The Management and Program Analyst uses experience and comprehensive knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess management operations and program efficiencies. Performs distribution allowances and execution activities. Serves as the Headquarters liaison between Service Areas and other ATO Resource Management Groups. Performs multiple, varying and complex assignments under the minimal direction of the Team Manager or more experienced professional. This work affects the daily operations of assigned Service Units.
