About the Job

The Manager (Security Management), Campus Planning & Development is responsible for campus‑wide security planning and implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and integration of security systems for the development of SUSS’s new campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Director to lead and implement security strategies to safeguard future campus operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the university’s risk management objectives.
• Develop a campus‑wide security master plan aligned with the university’s risk profile and operational needs.
• Define security design principles and ensure integration across architectural, engineering, and space planning design during all design and construction stages.
