Makerspace Educator and Design Lab Manager

Overview

Cresconova Labs offers a specialized supplemental learning centre tailored for the hectic schedules of busy families focusing on students ages 8-16. This position is a teaching position as well as managing machinery. The Makerspace Manager role is critical to the everyday operations of Cresconova Labs . This is a multifaceted role including, but not limited to, machinery maintenance on all floors, health, safety, and fire compliance, hazardous material database and control, creating courses for our student body and training new staff on machinery. In addition, Cresconova Labs strives to be at the forefront of sustainable makerspace, as such this role will create a strategy to drive actionable sustainability throughout the space, including but not limited to, material usage, material choices, etc.
