At PepsiCo, we are looking for a proactive and analytical
Maintenance Planning Manager
to lead the maintenance planning strategy for our manufacturing site in
Etxabarri-Ibiña (Vitoria-Gasteiz) .
This role is responsible for developing and executing an effective maintenance planning strategy that maximizes equipment reliability, plant availability, and operational efficiency while optimizing maintenance costs. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure maintenance activities are safely planned, efficiently executed, and aligned with business priorities.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent planning, analytical, and leadership capabilities to drive continuous improvement and maintenance excellence across the site.
