About the Role
Groundskeeping & Landscaping
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting
- Perform seasonal cleanup such as leaf removal, debris clearing, and general upkeep
- Support planting, watering, and basic care of trees, shrubs, and flowers
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of community grounds
General Maintenance Support
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as required across community properties
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns observed during daily work
- Support minor repairs and general upkeep when needed
