About The Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of a portfolio of retail and residential properties across Toronto. This hands‑on role is responsible for ensuring the properties are maintained to the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and operational efficiency. The position involves frequent inter‑property travel and requires the ability to walk significant distances daily.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all common areas, including entrances, walkways, and facilities (e.g., shoveling, window cleaning, vacuuming, graffiti removal, floor cleaning, waste disposal).
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment; report required maintenance or repairs to the Operations Supervisor.
