Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on bakery equipment.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade bakery machinery.
- Ensure equipment meets safety and health standards.
- Respond quickly to emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Qualifications
