+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment to ensure maximum uptime and minimize breakdowns.
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues (motors, pumps, conveyors, sensors, low-voltage systems) using schematics and hands-on expertise.
+ Support continuous improvement by identifying potential equipment failures early, collaborating with team members, and suggesting process enhancements.
+ Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance standards while working in fast-paced, cold/wet food production environments with minimal supervision.
