You, as a Maintenance Technician, will:
- Operate and maintain all facility equipment and tools
- Respond to emergency, urgent, routine on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective action on facility mechanical equipment and systems
- Monitor assigned equipment and systems by conducting facility walkthroughs and Building Automation (BAS) monitoring
- Lead tradesmen/ subcontractors (accompany) on equipment repair, preventative maintenance and calibration. Issue permit-to-work and hot work permits. Report any noncompliance and safety-related matter
- Ensure conformance to the Environment Management System within key process areas
- Maintain records and information pertinent to work assignments
- Close PM and routine work orders on the PDA after completing work assignments
