Maintenance Technician
Annual Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
Location: Lingfield, Surrey
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per weekJoin our Clients dedicated Estates team as a Maintenance Technician. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of day-to-day maintenance, compliance reporting, and a comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance service across a 65-acre site that includes listed properties, residential, educational, offices, and medical facilities.
Day-to-day of the role:
Work as a member of the maintenance team to provide planned and reactive building and engineering maintenance services to agreed standards.
Schedule and plan your own daily work schedule in liaison with the Operations Supervisor to meet agreed service levels and customer requirements, assessing jobs, establishing and specifying materials/parts needs, and liaising with building users/customers as necessary.
