What you’ll do

• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and Asset & Protection Manager, you are responsible for assisting in the arranging of installation, regular repair, and maintenance of all Legacy Co-op facilities and their assets.
• Assisting and working collaboratively with all contracted services and department managers for maintenance in adherence to the contracts, timelines, and repairs required. Reports any noncompliance or concerns of the contracted services to the Maintenance Manager.
• Solid understanding of applicable legislation and bylaws, responsible for assisting and participating in the short, and long-term maintenance repair program for Legacy Co-op facilities and its assets.
