MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ( ELECTRICAL ) 

 Supervise the installation of electrical machines and monitor commissioning and operational procedures related to electrical equipment.  Review and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to the installation and maintenance of AC and DC electrical machines.  Apply occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations, procedures, and best practices in all maintenance and operational activities.  Diagnose faults in electrical machines and their control systems, and follow up on the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.  Conduct pre-commissioning inspections and final tests for electrical machines, and perform periodic testing to verify operational reliability, including insulation resistance, grounding, rotation, temperature rise, and starting current tests.
