**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with a wide range of production equipment, handle systems up to 480V, and support efficient, reliable plant operations across multiple shifts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure consistent operation.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, chillers, proofers, ovens, and baggers.
+ Work safely and effectively with electrical systems up to 480V, following all applicable safety procedures.
+ Rewire, replace, and install motors, including AC and DC motors and three-phase systems, as needed.
