**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This role supports a luxury apartment community of approximately 170 residential units by performing a wide range of interior maintenance and repair tasks. The Maintenance Technician ensures that apartments, common areas, and amenities such as the pool, outdoor kitchen, and barbecue area remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and participates in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete service requests and maintenance work orders in occupied apartment homes in a timely and professional manner.
+ Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, to ensure proper function of fixtures and systems.
