Residential Park | Woolacombe | Permanent | Full Time
Salary: £28K
Hours: Full Time | Permanent
Accommodation available
Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.00pm weekends as required
Responsibilities
- Be part of the team for the daily operations of the Maintenance Team
- Assist with any Maintenance & Development issues on the Parks
- Assist with the upkeep of all communal ground or areas of the Parks to a good standard
- To assist with any out of hours emergency if required
- To assist with any Park Home or Caravan movements
- To assist with the siting and commissioning requirements, within your skill sets
- To carry out any repairs, maintenance or development required within your skill sets, on Park
