Job Description
Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Oversee and administer all maintenance-related contracts and services for the integrated F&B and entertainment hub located at 29 Carpenter Street, ensuring compliance with service standards, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Review, optimise, and streamline maintenance operational workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery, including collaborating with third‑party IT vendors to digitalise and automate maintenance processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of a maintenance management application to coordinate servicing schedules, manpower deployment, vendor management, and resource allocation across key operational areas, including:
- Pest control
- Air‑conditioning servicing
- Equipment maintenance and preventive upkeep
- Dumbwaiter servicing
- Grease interceptor cleaning
- Toilet maintenance and related facility services ...
